GenVision is a joint venture between Glencore, one of the world's largest energy and commodities businesses, Nvision a specialist in renewable energy projects development in emerging and frontier markets and Maris, a long term investor across Eastern and Southern Africa in renewable energy, agriculture and other sectors. Nvision and Maris previously founded and built East Africa's largest commercial and industrial solar operator.
